Easy to Lose Weight!5 Yoga Asanas(part 2)

Do you remember the moves you learned last time?
Let’s start moving on and learn the remaining 5 fat loss yoga asanas!

1.Shoulder Stand

From improving digestion to healing the thyroid and even increasing strength, shoulder inversions can do it all.

This inversion helps balance thyroid levels, boosts metabolism, improves respiration, strengthens the upper body, legs and abs and helps you sleep better. Add this to your practice every day and you’ll feel like a whole new person.

2.Bridge Pose

Bridge pose is very useful for the thyroid gland, gluteus maximus, and is great for weight loss. The motion of bringing the chest up to the chin gently massages the thyroid gland to produce this important metabolism-regulating hormone.

Pressing down with your feet engages the thighs and back end to help tone these muscles. If you still need a reason to practice bridge, it also helps stimulate the abdominal organs to keep your digestion happy.

3.Twisted Chair Pose

Chair pose, works the quads, gluteus maximus and abs. And that’s just the muscles.

Twisting also helps with digestion and the lymphatic system. Combine all of this into one move and you have a great way to lose weight.

4.Bow Pose

You can go deeper into the pose by pulling your hands and feet in opposite directions until only your abdomen and pelvis touch the floor.

Not only does the bow pose help massage the abdominal organs to improve digestion, but it’s also a fantastic way to strengthen your thighs, chest and back.

5.Sun Salutations

You might think of Sun Salutations as a relaxation exercise. It slowly stretches and warms the muscles, gets the blood flowing and all that good stuff. But it does much more.

Sun Salutations generate internal heat while stretching and toning most major muscles. They can help you trim your waist, tone your arms, balance your metabolism and stimulate your digestive system.

These are just some of the yoga poses that help with weight loss. However, as you may already know, the best way to achieve your ideal healthy weight is still through proper diet and a healthy lifestyle, of which yoga may be just one aspect. Which of these poses is your favorite? Let us know below!
